Learn the Eskimo Roll – Two-Day Kayaking Course

Eskimo Roll Course Schedule
- Day 1 – The Basics
- After a welcome and introduction, you'll learn the correct body position, paddle technique, hip snap, and essential safety skills.
- In a heated 28°C (82°F) indoor pool, you'll practise the first movements of the Eskimo roll. Partner exercises and dry-land drills help you develop the correct hip movement before putting everything together in the water.
- Day 2 – Developing Your Kayak rolling Technique
- During the morning session, you'll improve your coordination, timing, and power.
- After a lunch break, you'll continue practising in the waterwith individual coaching in a small group.
The goal of this two-day course is for you to understand the Eskimo roll, perform it confidently, or refine an existing roll with greater control and consistency. It's the perfect preparation for whitewater kayaking in spring and summer.

Price
- CHF 370 Equipment is included. If you have your own kayak, we recommend practising in your own boat. You'll feel more comfortable and learn the roll more effectively.
