Day Plan
4 day advanced kayaking course
- Day 1.
- Get to know
- Handing out all the equipment - if needed
- Padlling the Imsterschlucht
- 2/3. Tag
- Here on the Sanna and Oetz we are stationed at rapids to perfect the way of running each rapid. How rapids can be broken down to run more easily.
- Day 4.
- We train the whole day on the Sanna.The Focus is on paddling technique, the use of Eddies on the river, and running rapids repeatedly.

What should I bring?
- Medical Supplies if needed (Asthma spray-Allergy medication)
- Swimming shorts
- Band for your glasses.
- Towel
- Depending on temperature, Thermal clothes, without cotton.
- Closed Sport Shoes that can get wet.
- Something too eat for lunch and drink -for when on the river.
