Day Plan
- After a get-together talk in the morning, you get all the equipment.
- We paddle next to Worblaufen.
- Here you learn The wet exit, how you safely exit the kayak under the water and river signals.
- How you efficiently paddle forwards, backwards and move sideways.
- Feeling good after Paddling in the morning we make Lunch break on the side of the river.
- In the afternoon we play some river games, and you paddle your first rapid.
- Whitewater swimming and rope rescues we also learn together.
What to bring
- Swimming shorts
- Suncream
- Medication if needed (Asthmaspray)
- Towel
- Band for your glasses.
- Depending on temperature, Thermal clothes, without cotton.
- Closed Sport Shoes that can get wet.
- Lunch and water to drink
