A tour through the \u201cRhein Gorge,\u201d paddling amidst Europe\u2019s largest rockslide phenomenon, surrounded by extraordinary limestone cliffs and elegantly shaped limestone sculptures towering over 300 meters above the river.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engadin\u2013 The Garden of the river Inn<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Inn River flows through the Engadin region and offers many fantastic sections, making it ideal for spending much of the trip in this area. The \"Garden of the Inn\" is a perfect practice ground, with easier stretches upstream and more challenging ones downstream. With an ideal campsite nearby, it's easy to fall in love with this area.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Here is Guarda, one of the many picturesque villages near the Inn River. It\u2019s perfect for an evening stroll through the streets after a fantastic day on the river, searching for the best ice cream.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Fl\u00fcelapass<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Between the Vorderrhein and the Inn lies the 2,384-meter-high Fl\u00fcela Pass. On your way to the Inn, you can see the Susasca River and the glacier that feeds it. This breathtaking picnic spot offers a spectacular mountain backdrop as you journey toward the Engadin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Plan<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. After meeting at the campsite or picking you up from the airport, we\u2019ll enjoy lunch together before heading out to the Rhein Gorge. Depending on the group and water levels, this could also be a section further upstream. Dinner will be provided by Arkadventures on the grill!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Today, we\u2019re paddling my favorite Section, on the Glenner. We\u2019ll be spending the entire day here. And with the option to paddle the lower Valser Rhein into the Glenner, this is something you definitely don\u2019t want to miss!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the morning, we\u2019ll paddle on the Hinterrhein or explore various sections upstream, depending on water levels. After spending the last two nights at the campsite, there\u2019s an option for an overnight tour along the beaches of the Rhein Gorge. It\u2019s especially beautiful under the stars with a campfire. We\u2019ll paddle to a beach with just our sleeping bags, mats, and some cooking gear, where we can enjoy the night after a day on the water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Today we make our way to Engadine. On the way we paddle a grade 4 river and later in the day arrive at the camping .<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. We drive straight to the gorge section of the Inn, this is the most beauitful spot on the Inn with grade 4 whitewater. Here we practise our skills on various rapids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In the next two days we will be kayaking on upper sections of the Inn. At the end of the day we will paddle the section next to camping where we will then finish\u00a8<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. End of the trip: For those that need to be taken to the airport they will be accompanied by Arkadventures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
